After receiving the product (wagashi), immediately refrigerate it. It is best to be consumed within 4 days. Every product we offer is carefully handcrated, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of appearance.

Return and Refunds Policy
All goods sold are final. Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for orders.
All Artisan Shin products are non-refundable; no cash refunds will be allowed once the order has been confirmed by the customer. However, exceptions will be made in the following situations:
**Wrong Delivery**: In the event that you receive a product that you did not order, we will offer a one-to-one exchange for the correct product.
**Damaged during Delivery **: If the product is damaged during the delivery process, we will offer a one-to-one exchange for a new product.
Eligibility for Refund or Return:
To be eligible for refunds, you should report your case within 6 hours upon delivery of your order and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The products should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund.
